YAS4US Guide / The Pillars of YAS4US / YasVille

YasVille

YasVille brings its own distinct flavor and sensibilities to the YAS4US process through its guiding values of Upliftment, Connection, and Sustainability. Upliftment speaks to encouraging one another toward wholeness and possibility. Connection reminds us that we are part of an interwoven human and ecological fabric. Sustainability ensures that what we build together is able to endure and nourish future generations.

The intention to feel less colonized and more welcoming for BIPOC/PGM and other systemically marginalized folx demands that YAS4US feels accepting, familiar and accessible, so anyone may bring themselves as they are: rough edges, raw emotions, mixed truths and all.

What arises may appear messy or unresolved, but it is held in a Crucible of Trust shaped by the Torus itself. In this way, YAS4US feels less like a performance and more like a return: a re-tribalized way of being together, where belonging is not earned but assumed.

A Balanced and Supported Structure. In practice, the integration of these three foundational pillars, Forum's interpersonal template, the Torus energetic model, and YasVille's intentionality, shape the way these sessions feel: grounded in connection, buoyed by upliftment, and carried forward sustainably. Together, they blend into the flavor of YAS4US: structured yet flowing, challenging yet nurtured.
